At the pre-shoot consultation, we discuss how you want to be photographed, where the photos will be used,  - the details to get you prepped for the session.  Then, with fun coaching and guidance, we work together to make fabulous images that get interest. We’ve got 20 years of experience and tons of pro-tips and tricks at our disposal.

You’re featured in your place of work, doing what you love. We’ll spend more time working to get your message across, and tell your story. This is for dancers, musicians, creatives, crafts persons, speakers, authors or anyone who needs to make a creative impression. Call to discuss the details and get a personal quote.

About the Session

Scheduling

Booking can be done over the phone or online. We take headshot sessions by appointment only and a phone consultation is free anytime you have questions prior to booking.

The Session

We make the photo sessions fun and easy. As we shoot, we'll review the images together and by the end of the session you'll have a selection of favorites to choose from for your final image(s).

Wardrobe Guidelines

Bring several pressed and clean outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. Avoid busy patterns and stripes. Choose colors that accentuate your skin tone.

The Day Before

Get a good night sleep. Avoid getting stressed and drink plenty of water on the day of the shoot.

Hair, Makeup and Grooming

Our sessions includes a professional makeup application at the studio. So come with a clean face and hair. If you color your hair, please be sure to visit your salon at least two days before the shoot.  Men should get a trim before the session. Also bring a brush or comb.

Session Files

All images delivered will be retouched. You will receive high-resolution digital files and unlimited licensing for the images. You can use them for printing, posting online and sharing with family and friends - anytime.

Turnaround

The typical turnaround time is between 7-14 days to allow for printing and retouching.

IMPORTANT THING HERE - ABOUT CANCELLATIONS:  We understand that things come up. Kiddos get sick or there is a snow storm predicted. Not a problem! We require 24 hours notice BY PHONE OR TEXT for cancellation or changing a session time. There is a $100 fee for any session cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice. 818-606-6417
